The rules of using MetaSkillGroup
Please read this before applying for an internship, enrolling in Live Training, purchasing from the marketplace, or hiring us for a project.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user, intern, trainee, marketplace buyer, and client of MetaSkillGroup. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms means you accept the revised version.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account or applying for an internship.
If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms, provide verifiable consent on your behalf, and accept them before you create an account or participate in any track on the platform — including the free Unpaid Internship track, not only paid tracks or tracks that involve a stipend.
MetaSkillGroup reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access for anyone who provides false information during application or registration, including false statements about age.
3. Internship & Live Training Program
3.1 How Enrollment Works
Every applicant takes an entrance exam on metaskillgroup.com. Your first attempt is completely free. Your score determines which tracks you can choose from: 75% or above unlocks Paid Internship, Live Training, and Unpaid Internship; 60–74% unlocks Live Training, Unpaid Internship, or a retake; below 60% unlocks Live Training or a retake.
3.2 Program Duration
Every track — Paid Internship, Live Training, and Unpaid Internship — runs for 3 months from the date you begin. This duration is fixed and applies equally across all tracks.
3.3 Exam Retake Fees
Your first exam attempt is free. Every retake after that is a paid attempt, priced as follows:
| 1st (original) | Free |
| 2nd (1st retake) | ₹99 |
| 3rd (2nd retake) | ₹149 |
| 4th (3rd retake) | ₹199 |
| Each further retake | +₹50 on the previous fee |
There is no cap on how many times you may retake the exam. The fee for your specific attempt is always displayed before payment, and is non-refundable once the exam session has started. This structure exists to keep the exam meaningful — not as a revenue mechanism — and every rupee of it is disclosed upfront before you pay.
3.4 No Job Guarantee
MetaSkillGroup does not guarantee, promise, or assure any job placement, employment, interview call, promotion, or salary outcome to any intern or trainee, during or after the program. What we provide is real, industry-grade project work, mentorship, a live portfolio, and a certificate reflecting actual contribution — not a placement guarantee.
3.5 Compensation Across Tracks
Paid Internship
- Free to join, no fee charged
- Stipend per approved project/template — amount depends on that content's assigned weight (₹500–₹3,000)
- 70% revenue share, only when your content sells
Live Training
- One-time paid track — ₹4,449
- No separate stipend
- 60% revenue share, only when your content sells
Unpaid Internship
- Free to join, no fee charged
- No stipend
- 10% revenue share, only when your content sells
3.6 Fees & Refunds
Internship enrollment (Paid and Unpaid) is completely free — MetaSkillGroup does not charge any fee for internship application, task assignment, mentorship, or certification. The only fees on this pillar are the one-time Live Training fee and exam retake fees, both clearly displayed before payment.
Once payment for Live Training is made and access to the program has been granted, the fee is non-refundable — including in cases of voluntary withdrawal or change of mind. If a cancellation request is made in writing before your training start date and before any access has been granted, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3.7 Attendance & Removal
Interns and trainees are expected to attend all scheduled meetings and sessions. If a participant misses or cancels more than 2 meetings, MetaSkillGroup reserves the right to remove them from the internship and/or Live Training program. A warning will be sent after the first missed meeting. Removal under this clause applies across all tracks, and no refund will be issued for any Live Training fee already paid.
4. Content Ownership & Revenue Share
Interns and trainees retain authorship credit for the blogs, templates, components, and projects they create on the platform. By submitting content for review and publication, you grant MetaSkillGroup a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, market, and sell that content through the platform.
Revenue share is generated only when a piece of content is actually purchased by a buyer — it is calculated as a percentage of that sale price (70% / 60% / 10% depending on your track at the time the content was created), not on creation or publication alone. Payouts are processed via Razorpay to the account details you provide. MetaSkillGroup is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout information.
5. Content Review & Publication
All content submitted by interns and trainees — blogs, templates, components, and projects — is reviewed by MetaSkillGroup's team before it is published. Nothing goes live automatically.
- Interns work on topics and tasks specifically assigned to them; content on an unassigned topic is not accepted for review.
- The reviewing team may approve content as-is, request changes, or make edits directly before publishing.
- MetaSkillGroup reserves the right to edit, unpublish, archive, or remove any published content at its discretion, including after publication, without affecting the original creator's authorship credit for work that was genuinely theirs.
- Content is credited to the intern or trainee who created it, regardless of any edits made during review.
6. Marketplace Purchases
When you purchase a project, template, or component from the MetaSkillGroup marketplace, you receive full usage rights to that content — including for personal use, college or academic submissions, portfolio use, or resale. There are no usage restrictions placed on marketplace purchases beyond payment.
Seller of record: All marketplace listings are sold by MetaSkillGroup ("we," the Company), regardless of which intern or trainee created the content. The creator's name shown on a listing is an authorship credit, not a separate seller — MetaSkillGroup is the party responsible for the transaction, delivery, and any post-purchase support.
Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Marketplace purchases are non-refundable once the order is complete, except where the delivered product is materially different from what was listed (for example, missing files that were explicitly promised, or a product that does not match its description). To request a review under this exception, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
7. Development Agency Services
Client projects under our Development Agency pillar (websites, apps, and custom software) are governed by a separate written agreement or Statement of Work agreed upon between MetaSkillGroup and the client, covering project scope, timeline, and payment terms specific to that engagement.
Unless a client's individual agreement states otherwise, our standard payment structure is shown below. Final source code, deployment credentials, and full handover materials are provided once the final payment has been received in full. Amounts already paid for work completed are non-refundable if a client discontinues a project partway through.
25%
Advance, paid before development begins
25%
Once the project reaches approximately 70% completion
50%
On final delivery
8. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- One account per individual — creating multiple accounts to bypass exam limits, tier restrictions, or task rules is not permitted.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Because all intern and trainee content is reviewed before publication (see Section 5), submissions that violate this section are typically caught before going live. Repeated or serious violations may still result in rejection of the content, forfeiture of any associated task, and — for serious or repeated cases — suspension from the platform.
- Cheat, use unauthorized assistance, or attempt to bypass tab-detection/security monitoring during any exam attempt.
- Submit content that is plagiarized, copied without permission, or infringes on any third party's rights.
- Post, upload, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that violates someone else's privacy.
- Submit content containing malware, malicious code, or anything intended to disrupt or damage systems.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts its normal operation.
10. Intellectual Property
The MetaSkillGroup name, logo, "Learn. Build. Grow." branding, and the platform's underlying design and codebase (excluding user-submitted content covered under Section 4) are the property of MetaSkillGroup and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The platform and its services are provided "as is." While we take reasonable steps to ensure quality and availability, MetaSkillGroup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on any content, project outcome, or career-related decision made based on your participation.
12. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Rules, 2021, MetaSkillGroup has designated a Grievance Officer to address complaints regarding the platform and its content.
