Create an account & apply
Sign up on MetaSkillGroup and submit your internship application from the Internship page. Our team reviews every application personally.
Guide or intro call
Our team may send you an onboarding guide or schedule a short call. Your exam is unlocked once your application is approved — then you must start it within 72 hours, or your application is disqualified.
Take the exam
50 questions, 15–25 seconds each, in fullscreen with tab-detection. Your first attempt is free. Your second attempt is free 15 days after the first — or ₹99 to take it straight away. That fee is flat and never increases.
Pick your track
Whatever you score, the free Unpaid Internship is open to you. 75%+ also unlocks the Paid Internship, which carries a stipend. At 50% and above the result page also offers the Mentored Internship as an optional upgrade; below 50% it offers the free internship or a retake (free after the waiting period). Once you're on the Unpaid Internship, you can upgrade to the Mentored Internship from your dashboard at any time. Unpaid Internship interns work on intermediate-level projects; Mentored Internship and Paid Internship interns get job & internship postings, a signed Letter of Recommendation (LOR), advanced projects, 1:1 mentoring, skill notes and more.
Work on real tasks
Our team assigns your tasks — templates, components and projects on every track, and blogs on the Mentored and Paid tracks. Build the content, check it on its detail page, then submit. It's reviewed as you send it on Mentored and Paid, and once a week on Unpaid. While it's under review you can't edit it — the team approves it, edits it directly, or sends it back with requested changes.
Get paid
Paid Interns receive a per-project stipend (based on that project/template's weight) plus a 70% share whenever their content sells. Mentored interns earn 60% from sales. The Unpaid Internship has no stipend or revenue share. Payouts are released by our team by hand.

Use it as its licence allows
Every project and template shows its licence: Personal (personal and college use), Commercial (your own or client projects) or Extended (adds resale). Free components can be used in personal and commercial projects, but not resold as they are.

Once the final payment is made you get the finished product, its full source code and full ownership of it — plus post-launch support as agreed in your Statement of Work.
Common questions
Every project and template comes with a README covering setup steps for its specific stack. If anything's unclear or missing, reach out via the Contact page and we'll help you get it running.
Contact us with your registered email and approximate time of the issue. If it's a genuine technical failure on our end, we'll restore your attempt without charging a retake fee.
No. You'll get a warning after your first missed meeting. Removal only happens after more than 2 missed or cancelled meetings, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Stipends (Paid) and revenue-share payouts (Mentored and Paid) are released by our team directly. Revenue share only exists once a piece of your content actually sells — treat it as upside, not as guaranteed income.
On the result page, if you scored 50% or above. And if you're already on the Unpaid Internship, you can upgrade from your dashboard at any time, whatever your score — you choose whether to keep your end date or start a fresh 3 months.
No. Skill notes are for Mentored Internship and Paid Internship interns and are read inside the dashboard — they can't be downloaded or copied, and each page shows the reader's name.
Yes — Mentored Internship and Paid Internship interns, while their internship is active, can get every project, template and component (including project documents) free, for their own learning. It isn't for resale, and every download is recorded.
